The King Of The Jungle: Lions!!

One of my favorite animals, lions are the king of the jungle not for no reasons, they are really have the power of the king! They have sharp teeth, claws, and also speed. Lion's top speed is 60km/h (as fast as a car) but just for 30 meters. They will be exhausted, faint, or even die if they run more than 30 meters.
They also hunt in pack which is rare for a big cats species (usually contain of one male lion, 3 or more female lions, and cubs). Usually females do the hunting while the males protect the pack, but even the females are the one who hunt male lions are 3 times stronger than females. They also have strategies form hunt, the most common is : the ambush, charge, or surrounding.

THE AMBUSH:
The ambush perhaps one of the most hard way to kill. The lions must need patient, right timing, and experiences. If iming is wrong the prey will run away.So this method set is at a lake where the lions are waiting at the west, south, and east wait for one of the prey to go to the south east/southwest and separate it from the others so it can't escape because it's surrounded.

THE CHARGE:
Perhaps the most fast method of all (usually used by individual lion). Sneak to the back at the prey until at least 3 meters and charge and jump and stab it with the claws until the prey is fall and bite the neck until it die

THE SURROUND:
Usually succeed at night because lions have great vision at night while the prey don't.
By surround the preys and confuse them until the pack kill one of them.

Lions average weight is 180kg but they can defeat a big ox by packs that make them extremely dangerous

CUBS:
Cubs are the kids of the lion when they play and eat and learn to hunt. Usually when male cubs get older they will be kicked from the pack because they must start a new pack and must be more responsible witouth any parents. Lions is one of the endangered animals.
Lions also can stretch out their claw or stretch in when it's not used. Lion also hates water like other cats (except tigers)
Their population is around 10.000 only and is still decreasing.
